WHAT AM I ABOUT?

I believe in taking a habits based approach to creating sustainable change.   What does this mean?  We will add new habits that align with your fitness goals!  What do these habits look like?  Eating adequate or optimal protein, eating more whole foods, eating adequate fiber, staying hydrated, tracking calories when needed, adding a walk to your day, incorporating full body workouts into your week, and getting more and better quality sleep! 

 

We can't work on all of these things at once, but we will start working on 1-2 at a time and master each on our way to permanent change.  People lose fat all the time.  The bad news is they put it back on.   80% of overweight individuals don't keep the weight off over the course of a year. (As defined by losing 10% of initial body weight and maintaining for at least one year.) The main reason is they try and make these changes and more all at one time eventually burning out and going back to old habits.  Sound like you?  It was definitely me.   I would focus on losing the weight, but not how to keep it off.  Or how to become someone that doesn't gain weight slowly over time.

 

This is what I am all about!  Helping people gain muscle and lose fat!
